Tipsy Thaiger began with humble pop-ups, serving Thai street food at local events and breweries around Roswell. Those early days weren’t just about food — they were about connection. We got to know our neighbors, collaborated with fellow small businesses, and grew organically through the support of a community that believed in our vision. That spirit of collaboration and care continues to guide us today. From the ingredients we source to the way we manage our waste, everything we do is rooted in the people and partnerships that helped us grow.

Shell to Shore
After you enjoy our fresh Thai-style oysters, their shells don’t go to waste — we donate them to Shell to Shore, a local organization that uses recycled oyster shells to rebuild reefs and protect Georgia’s shoreline. It’s a small step with a big impact, helping give back to the coast that feeds us.

Compost Now
We partner with CompostNow to turn our food scraps and compostables into nutrient-rich soil — which we donate back to the community and some of our local farm partners, closing the loop and supporting the people who help us grow.
