We were shaped by the families who raised us — families who believed in hospitality, resilience, and the joy of gathering around a meal.

Today, we bring those values into everything we do, welcoming you as part of our extended family.

Chef Belle and Chef O are the powerhouse husband-and-wife team behind our kitchen, bringing more than 30 years of combined experience in Thai cooking. Together, they’ve refined cherished family recipes and reimagined them into the bold, comforting dishes they’ve always craved from home.

Food is in Chef Belle’s DNA—her grandmother once cooked in the royal kitchen of Thailand, preparing meals for the Kings and Queens. Chef O, on the other hand, has made his mark on the culinary stage as a serial winner of Thai cooking competitions, including the Iron Chef Thailand.

Blending heritage, skill, and creativity, Belle and O bring authenticity with a modern edge—turning every dish into a story of tradition, passion, and craft.
