HOW IT WORKS-
Free parking is available behind the building — that's also where you'll find the entrance. Additional street parking is available nearby on Sloane Street, Park Square Court, and Mimosa Boulevard, all within walking distance.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your date is not held until the deposit is received. The deposit is applied toward your final food and beverage total.
Final payment is due 7 days before your event.

The minimum applies to your total food and beverage spend, regardless of final guest count. If the minimum isn't met, the remaining balance is applied as a venue fee.

A final guaranteed guest count is due 14 days before your event. This count represents the minimum number of guests charged, regardless of actual attendance.
Additional guests can be accommodated based on capacity and staffing availability. They'll be billed at your contracted per-person rate, charged to the card on file within 48 hours after the event.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance. Just ask — we're happy to work something out.
You're welcome to and responsible for arranging and setting up any personal décor, signage, or entertainment. We just ask that it doesn't interfere with operations, the community, or guest safety.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to the full food and beverage minimum.

Custom menu - For full buyouts, yes — we're happy to work with you on a menu that's the right fit for your group.
