This is a dinner between two families. Ours has spent years building Thai recipes passed down at our own table; the Hedges family has spent three generations farming Red Mountain and turning it into wine. For one night, both traditions meet in the same room — the Hedges family joins us to pour their own wines alongside a five-course Thai dinner built to match, and to close the night, they're opening a bottle from their own private cellar that's never been sold, just for the two families sharing this table.

What to Expect

A five-course Thai dinner, each course paired with a wine from Hedges Family Estate's own Red Mountain vineyards — from a crisp Sauvignon Blanc to their structured, peppery DLD Syrah. To close the night, the Hedges family is pouring a bottle from their own private cellar: a reserve wine that has never been sold, opened exclusively for our guests that evening.

The Hedges family will be in the room throughout the dinner, pouring and speaking to each wine as it's served.

$125 per person++ (++ 20% gratuity and applicable tax) Includes all five courses and wine pairing.

This is a fixed five-course menu, served as designed. We are unable to accommodate modifications. The menu contains shellfish, fish, allium, chili, gluten, and peanut, and prominently features pork and wagyu beef — please note any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
